The RMDA is a registered 501(c)(6) non-profit membership organization of independent Delivery Service Providers in the US, Mexico and Canada, giving members the ability to compete on a level playing field against our larger corporate counterparts who struggle to achieve profitability.
As a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization, 1) all members have a common business interest, 2) our purpose is to promote this common interest, 3) no part of net earnings benefit any individual member, 4) our activities work to improve the business conditions of our members, and 5) we do not engage in regular business activities that would ordinarily be carried on for profit.
